This is a rare opportunity to build your project experience in a team of undoubted capability. Based in Brisbane CBD and working in an environment which is both demanding and supportive you will play a key role in a state of the art asset repositioning and you will fully appreciate the benefits of overall strategy in terms of enduring asset performance. By nature of the role and company you will be involved with national and regional market leaders and your negotiating style will win best outcomes in terms of both owner’s ROI and long term tenant respect.
This is an exciting opportunity calling for a well developed network and market reputation, combined with a flair for effective transactional work. He or she will be fully experienced in all aspects of retail lease negotiation with upwards of say 7-10 years in retail or shopping centre leasing with a major agency or owner. Prior major project experience would be strongly preferred.
